Reseller program questions
What is a white label reseller program?
It lets you sell our services to your own clients as part of what you offer. You set the price and keep the client relationship; we do the work behind the scenes, under your brand or ours, and charge you our list price less a reseller discount.
How much is the reseller discount?
25% off every list price, on every service line. That includes percentage-priced services such as medical billing and ad management, and it applies for as long as you are a reseller.
What does it cost to become a reseller?
A one-time setup fee of $10,000. It covers every service line in the program — Licensing, Credentialing, Medical Billing, Bookkeeping, and Marketing. The reseller discount does not apply to the setup fee.
Can I resell services that are not on this website?
Yes. The program covers the whole White Glove family, not only the services White Glove MFT delivers — including credentialing, medical billing, bookkeeping, and marketing from our sister companies. They are listed at the bottom of this page.
Do I have to resell every service?
No. Sell what your clients need. Every service line is already included in your setup fee, so adding more later costs nothing extra to set up.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You bill your clients directly at whatever you charge. Your cost is our list price less your discount, so everything above that is yours.
Whose brand do my clients see?
Yours, if you choose. We can deliver the work under your brand or under ours, and you manage the client relationship either way.
How is reselling different from the referral program?
A reseller buys our services at a discount and sells them to their own clients at their own prices. A referral partner sends clients to us instead: we bill the client directly and pay the referral partner 15% of what we bill for 24 months.
How do I see what I would earn?
Open the reseller calculator. It lists every White Glove service at our price and at your cost, and shows your gross and net revenue at the prices and volumes you enter.
